酒店屬於札達最好的酒店了，服務也不錯，酒店內的餐廳味道還可以，美中不足的是酒店維護一般，沒有剛開業時的驚艷。房間衞生收拾的一般，枕頭和床單上還有頭髮，床頭上還有類似血跡。

第一次碰到住酒店半夜停水停電的，電梯也停，早上七點多提着20多公斤行李箱六樓搬下去，房間淋浴頭打開頂上那個頭一直滴冷水，根本關不掉，洗着洗着水還沒了，零下在裏面被冷水滴了一分鐘

酒店很大，房間設施齊全，客房服務不錯，有求必應，早餐有點馬虎，第一天早上人多，品種還多一點，第二天早上人少，8點50還沒上完品種，8點半早餐，9點後才上齊，這個服務有點垮
